Topographic maps are fun and easy to use. It shows the elevation of a certain mountain of land mass. These are general-use maps at medium scales that present elevation (contour lines). Topographic maps can convey how tall a mountain tops and how deep a depression (a hole on any land mass) is. Remember a topographic map only a bird eye view of a piece of land. A topographic profile is a worm's-eye view of elevation and lenght of a mountain or hill.
Density is the degree of compactness of a substance or degree of consistency measured by the quantity of mass per unit volume.
Rocks and minerals help tell the earths past and future. Did you know our earths land mass was formed together creating a super land mass called pangea? Scientist found out this discovery because of fossils found in the crust of extinct animals only found in other regions that cant swim and the tectonic plates (located in efrans page) that shift.
